Eustațiu Digital Atelier builds software, websites, and digital presences. This site is where the atelier presents its work and takes its commissions. On paper, the house reads as follows:

Everything on these pages, the words, the plates, the drawings, is the atelier's and is protected by copyright. You may read it, share it with attribution, and quote short passages with a link back. You may not republish it whole, rework it, sell it, or sign it as your own.

III · The form

What you send through the form is used to answer you about your project, and for nothing else without your consent. The details are in the privacy note.

IV · Not advice

These pages inform; they do not advise. Nothing here is business, legal, financial, or tax advice, and no result is guaranteed from applying what you read. Every business is its own case; bring the important decisions to a professional.

V · Elsewhere

Where these pages point beyond the estate, what you find there, its content and its policies, is not ours and not our responsibility.

VI · Liability

To the extent the law permits, the atelier is not liable for losses that follow from using this site, from its interruptions or errors, or from decisions made on the strength of what is written here.

VII · Conduct

Use the site lawfully. No attempts on our systems, no malware, no spam through our forms. The house notices.

VIII · Changes

These terms may change. Using the site after a change means accepting it; the date below always tells you when the last one was made.

IX · The law

Romanian law governs these terms, and Romanian courts settle any dispute. If you deal with us as a consumer, alternative dispute resolution is available through ANPC SAL. Questions go to contact@eustatiu.com.
