Who you are dealing with
Eustațiu Digital Studio sets up AI agents for businesses. This site is where the studio presents its offers and takes its commissions. On paper it reads as follows:

The content
Everything on these pages, the words, the images, the drawings, is ours and is protected by copyright. You may read it, share it with attribution, and quote short passages with a link back. You may not republish it whole, rework it, sell it, or sign it as your own.

The form
What you send through the form is used to answer you about your project, and for nothing else without your consent. The details are in the privacy note.

Prices and delivery
Prices shown on this site are fixed prices, exclusive of VAT where VAT applies, and the scope they cover is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Model and voice usage is billed by the providers to your own accounts. "About a week" from the first payment is our working target, and it is subject to our capacity at the time; it is not a guarantee, and it is never a substitute for what is agreed in writing for your project.

Credits between offers
Launch’s full price counts toward Crew, and Crew’s toward Team, when you move up within 60 days.
A credit is used once, against the price of the later offer only: it is never paid out, and it never makes a price negative. One more standard agent can be added to Crew or Team at Crew’s price per agent, as shown on the pricing page.

Founding clients
The first 5 clients who sign a build get 10% off its list price, in exchange for a short case study with their name on it. We write the case study with you and publish it only once you have approved the text. The reduction applies to builds only, not to the care plans.
The number of places left is the one the site shows; when none are left, the offer ends. A place asked for in the chat is confirmed by Eustațiu in writing before it counts.

Care plans
A care plan runs month to month. You can cancel any month, with no fee: the plan stops at the end of the month already paid. Every plan includes monitoring, a monthly report and review, rule tuning, and moving your agents to a newer model when that makes sense for you.
The response times and extras differ by plan:

Who decides
The agents we set up draft; a person on your side approves what goes out, unless you agree in writing that a specific task may run on its own. Refunds, exceptions and anything that moves money always go to a person: an agent never decides them alone. On a coding agent, Eustațiu reviews every change before it runs.

Replies and our agent
Eustațiu replies to every enquiry and every booked call within one working day (Romanian working days).
Léa, the agent on this site, is an AI. She can be wrong. Only the prices published on this site and what we agree in writing bind us: nothing said in the chat changes them, or these terms.
