Who we are

Eustațiu Digital Studio, trading as PFA Dima F. Eustațiu of Corabia, jud. Olt, Romania (Trade Registry F28/391/2020, fiscal code RO43220859), is the data controller for everything described on this page. Every question about it is answered at contact@eustatiu.com. What we collect

What you hand us yourself, in the chat on eustatiu.com/start: the summary the agent writes of your business, what you would like an agent to do, the jobs and the plan you pick, and, when you book the call, your name, your email, your company and the time.

What you write to the chat agent on /start. The conversation is sent to OpenAI to produce the agent’s replies; we do not store it on our side, though your browser keeps it for the tab so you can carry on. If you paste a web address, our server reads that public page once to summarise it for the agent and keeps nothing of it. The summary the agent writes is kept with your details once you give us an email (the booking); otherwise nothing is kept. To limit misuse, we count the chat’s messages per browser session and per connection for one day, without storing what was said.

What the visit leaves behind, only if you say yes to analytics on the cookie banner: an IP address kept only as a hash, the device and browser, the pages read and the time spent on them, where the visit came from, the approximate country and city, and a browser fingerprint used for anonymous identification. Without that yes, none of this is collected. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, sees every request, as any host does, to deliver the site and keep abuse out.

Why

Five reasons, no more: to answer you if you wrote to us, to learn which pages earn their place, to count visits, to keep abuse out, and, only if you subscribed to the blog, to email you new posts. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to anyone for advertising.

The legal basis

• Consent, for analytics, asked on the cookie banner and withdrawn there or on the cookie note at any time
• Legitimate interest, for running and protecting the site
• Steps before a contract, for answering what you sent through the form

Where data crosses outside the EU, it travels under the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long

The analytics count is kept for up to two years. What you sent through the form is kept for three years from our last exchange, then let go.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, take it with you in electronic form, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. One email to contact@eustatiu.com does any of these.

How it is kept

Every connection is encrypted, IP addresses are stored only as hashes, access is restricted to the people who need it, and the site is watched for intrusions.

We protect your data: your business details stay between you and us.

The blog newsletter

If you give your email address in the form on the blog, we save it, with the date, in the studio’s contact record. We use it for one thing: to email you when we publish a new post, by hand, with no automatic sequence and no sales emails. The basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We keep the address until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, or to have the address deleted, reply to any of our emails or write to contact@eustatiu.com. Email delivery is handled by Brevo, listed above.

Changes and complaints

When this note changes in any way that matters, the change is announced on the site. If our answer to a complaint does not satisfy you, the Romanian supervisory authority is ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
