House notes · privacy
A house that asks for your name owes you an account of where that name goes. This is ours, complete, under the GDPR.
I · Who we are
Eustațiu Digital Atelier, trading as PFA Dima F. Eustațiu of Corabia, jud. Olt, Romania (Trade Registry F28/391/2020, fiscal code RO43220859), is the data controller for everything described on this page. The house, and every question about it, is reached at contact@eustatiu.com. The full registered details are in the terms.
II · What we collect
What you hand us yourself, through the form: a name, a company, an email or phone, and what you wrote about your project.
What the visit leaves behind, automatically: an IP address kept only as a hash, the device and browser, the pages read and the time spent on them, where the visit came from, the approximate country and city, and a browser fingerprint used for anonymous identification.
III · Why
Four reasons, no more: to answer you if you wrote to us, to learn which pages earn their place, to count visits, and to keep abuse out. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to anyone for advertising.
IV · The legal basis
V · Who touches it
Two processors, each under a data processing agreement:
| Who | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | hosting and delivery | EU and US |
| Brevo | email delivery | EU |
Where data crosses outside the EU, it travels under the EU standard contractual clauses.
VI · How long
The analytics count is kept for up to two years. What you sent through the form is kept for three years from our last exchange, then let go.
VII · Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, take it with you in electronic form, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. One letter to contact@eustatiu.com does any of these.
VIII · How it is kept
Every connection is encrypted, IP addresses are stored only as hashes, access is restricted to the people who need it, and the house is watched for intrusions.
IX · Changes and complaints
When this note changes in any way that matters, the change is announced on the site. If our answer to a complaint does not satisfy you, the Romanian supervisory authority is ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
The cookies themselves are named, one by one, in the cookie note. Last updated: June 2026.
